Set a device's work status
Mark devices To do, Done or Blocked, and show only the statuses you need.
Where to find it: select devices › Properties › To do, Done or Blocked, just under its title
- Select one or more devices.
- At the top of Properties, just under the title, choose To do, Done or Blocked. It stays in view whichever sections are open.
When the selected devices differ, none of the three is chosen and a line underneath counts them, such as Mixed: 3 To do · 1 Done. One choice sets them all.
Done devices turn monochrome; Blocked devices show a warning beside their label. See work status.
Show only some statuses
Open Equipment on the right edge and press the funnel beside Search equipment. In Show on the drawing, under Work status, untick To do, Done or Blocked to hide those devices from the drawing and the list, and tick them to show them again; each shows how many icons have it. It sets no status.
While it hides anything the funnel is highlighted with the number hidden, and the list says so in one line with Show all. The same ticks are under Work status in Views on the left edge. For Owners and Editors, the filter saves automatically to the selected view, including Default. Members who can only view change their own temporary display. To give a crew its own page, create a named view.
