Plans
What Free, Solo and Team include, and what happens to your work when a workspace moves to a smaller plan.
Plans are per workspace and billed monthly in US dollars. To choose one, see choose or change your plan.
| Free | Solo, $29 a month | Team, $79 a month | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Projects | 1 of your own, plus the Example to look around in | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Sheets per project | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Your logo on drawings | No; drawings say "Made with Integrator Design Studio" | Yes | Yes |
| Client links | No | Yes | Yes |
| People | You, plus 1 person who views | You edit; up to 5 people view | Up to 20, all can edit |
| Choose who edits each project | Yes | ||
| Lock company standards | Yes |
On Free your own project counts whether archived or not: archiving tidies the list but does not free a place. The Example never counts; on Free it is view only, and you can archive or delete it. "Unlimited" still has the safety ceilings in workspace limits, such as 1 GB of files per workspace. Views never count toward anything.
On Home, a pencil beside a project's name means you can change it and an eye means you can only view it. Point at the eye to see why: your role, the Example on Free, a locked project, an archived one, or an Owner choosing who edits.
During the beta every workspace has Team free through January 31, 2027, no card needed, and paid plans are not on sale yet. Every Owner gets an email at least 30 days before prices start. Billing opens with Become a Founding Integrator: ten integrators who use the app on real jobs get 50% off Solo or Team for their first 12 months once prices start, and Request my seat opens the application on the website. Your plan shows Free beta, and the plans below it show the prices from February 2027, each with Request my seat and, on Solo and Team, the members' half price. When the free period ends, the workspace moves to Free unless an Owner chooses a plan, and the same choice as below appears.
On Team, support requests from the app are marked as Team and read first.
When a workspace moves to a smaller plan
This happens when a subscription is cancelled and its month ends, when a payment never goes through, or when a plan given to the workspace ends. The next time an Owner opens the workspace, the plans appear with the reason above them: choose Solo or Team, or stay on the plan the workspace is on now. Until an Owner does, your own projects can be viewed but not changed.
Staying on Free with more than one project of your own locks them all, and nothing is deleted:
- On Home, press Locked on the project to work on and choose Unlock. Free holds one, so the others stay locked; the one you unlock stays the one.
- A locked project still opens and can be viewed, and drawings issued from it can still be downloaded. It cannot be changed, issued or shared.
- Upgrade on Home shows the plans. Solo or Team unlocks every project at once, exactly as it was.
- New drawings show "Made with Integrator Design Studio" in place of your logo. Drawings already issued keep what they had.
- Client links pause. Choosing a plan with links opens them again. A link you paused yourself stays paused.
- On Free and Solo one Owner makes changes and everyone else can view. Nobody's role changes, so on Team everyone edits again. With more than one Owner, choose which one under Who edits in Billing.
