Your data and the legal documents

What is stored where, the analytics choice, and where the Terms, Privacy Policy and provider list live.

  • Drawings, projects, clients and addresses belong to your workspace. They are stored on the server and, for drawings you have opened, on this device. In the app only members of the workspace can open them; what you publish or export goes to whoever you send it to, and our own people reach a workspace only when support, security or a request needs it.
  • Presentations you publish are copied to the share address and are readable by anyone holding the share link. We do not submit them to search engines, and we cannot stop someone you sent a link to from forwarding or copying it.
  • Saved versions and their PDF prints are kept unchanged so a print can be reproduced.
  • Usage analytics are sent only if you chose Allow analytics. Change it in Settings › Privacy & terms with Share usage analytics. Events never include drawing content, client details or your email.
  • Whatever you choose, we see service-wide counts — accounts, projects, devices, versions — never names; see the Privacy Policy.
  • Your account is your email, your name, and your password or Google sign-in.
  • Files you upload are stored as they are. When you add a PDF blueprint your browser tries to take out the page you chose and send only that page, leaving the rest of the document — and its properties, links and notes — on your computer. When that does not work the whole file is sent and stored with everything in it. Either way we do not inspect, alter or remove anything inside what is stored: cropping or erasing hides part of a drawing, it does not take it out of the page, and every PDF the app makes still holds that page. Take out what others should not see before you upload.
  • A new workspace starts with the Example project, including a stand-in client and address. That is our example content, not a real customer, and you can delete it; see your workspace.
  • A nightly job backs up the database and your uploaded files to a separate store, so the service can be brought back after a failure. It does not promise that every file or change is in it. A backup is written once and never rewritten and has no expiry today, so it can hold work that is no longer in the app. Backups are not used for anything but recovery.
  • An Owner can delete a workspace and everything in it from Settings › Workspace; if it is that person's only workspace, their account goes with it. For anything that control cannot do, write to support@integrationstandard.com or to the address in the Privacy Policy; we say what the deletion covers before we carry it out, and asking is not the same as it happening. Do not count on getting deleted work back — download a PDF or a recovery file of anything you want to keep first. The Privacy Policy lists what is kept afterwards.

Everything the app draws, counts or suggests — drawings, the cable schedule, lengths, Cable IDs, coverage, wiring and quantities — is a planning aid. The Terms make checking it your responsibility: verify it against the site, the manufacturers' specifications and the codes that apply before you install, order parts or send it to anyone.

The Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the list of providers are always available; the date you accepted the Terms is shown in Settings. When any of them changes, the app asks you to review the new version once before you continue. Sign-up choices are explained in sign up and sign in.
