Sharing a presentation

Publish a read-only presentation at a share link, protect it with a PIN, and download the PDF or a CSV.

Where to find it: open the project › Share (header)

A presentation is the cover, legend and drawing pages you hand over: Default pages and one page per included sheet in each named view. The Share presentation dialog builds it.

Arrange pages, choose Publish link, then Copy link. Later drawing changes stay unpublished until Update. Protect it with a PIN, or pause, replace or delete it. See share a presentation link and share link.

Download

PDF downloads the pages at each sheet's paper size; see download a PDF. The arrow beside it offers CSV: the equipment list, and the cable CSV once the project has a rack or panel. Such a project's presentation also has the cable schedule after its drawing pages, and a project with conduits offers the Conduit schedule. LED tape adds LED tape schedule, with run labels and lengths by sheet, subtotals and a total. Both schedules can be moved or excluded with their page eyes and appear in the link and PDF.

A share link offers the same PDF, so a page cropped or erased on a vector blueprint is covered in it rather than removed; see what hiding does, and what it does not.

Keep a snapshot

Save beside Share keeps a version you can restore; see save a version or restore one.
