Rename a project or change its details

The project name, client and address are edited from inside the drawing.

Where to find it: open the project › Properties (right edge, nothing selected) › Project › Project details › Edit

Home has no rename button; project details live in the drawing.

1. Open the project from Home.
2. Click an empty spot so nothing is selected, then open Properties on the right edge and the Project tab. Clicking the project name in the header does the same.
3. Under Project details choose Edit.
4. Change the Project name, pick a different client or address, or clear either one. Clearing is the only way to unpair them.
5. Choose Save project.

The new name appears on Home, in the header and in the title block. Saved versions keep the name they were printed with. Archived projects cannot be edited until they are restored.
