Equipment list

The project-wide count of devices by icon type, variant and product data.

The equipment list counts every device in the project, grouped by system, icon type and variant, and product data (manufacturer, model, part number). It distinguishes how many devices are placed from the quantity they stand for.

In Equipment on the right edge, the heading and the tab show how many icons are placed; pointing at the number adds their quantity, where a wire drop of four counts four. Each group is one line — the Palette's, in its order, with its picture — and its total, until you open it. Inside, each type is one line: the prefix of its Numbers, its name and its quantity. A stereo, 70V, powered or wireless version, and a TV's lift, has a line of its own. Opening a type lists its devices by sheet, Done and Blocked marked beside them.

Moving a device, or changing its aim or work status, never changes the count. Connected lighting fixtures are grouped by zone. Surround Sound lists Surround 1, 2, 3: screen, soundbar, speakers by role, subwoofers. A screen two systems share is under both, counted once. In Access Control each door lists its hardware; other hardware is under Not on a door, controllers under Controllers. A thermostat hub counts the thermostats it holds; a riser is never listed.

Click a device on the sheet and its row shows itself: its group and type open, or the Equipment tab flashes when the panel is not on screen.
