Show or hide cable cards
Switch the cable cards on the drawing off or on, and keep that choice in a view.
Where to find it: Cabling (right edge) › Cable cards, beside the gear, or Views (left edge) › Cable cards
- Choose the view whose cards you want to change.
- In Cabling, switch Cable cards off or on. Views has the same Cable cards switch below Work status.
- Owners and Editors save this choice automatically. Viewers change only their own temporary display. A newly created named view starts with cards hidden.
The Systems actions in Views retain the card setting. Hiding a system or work status also hides the cards belonging to its devices. Hiding cards moves nothing: they keep their positions for when they show again.
New PDFs and shared pages follow each view's saved choice, including Default. Published content changes only when explicitly updated. See download a PDF and save a view.
