Keyed note

A number on the drawing whose words are a row of its session's notes table.

A Keyed note is a number in a ring on a sheet. Its words sit in the notes table, one row per note in number order, so the drawing shows only where each note applies.

Numbers belong to the session — one visit or meeting — and run on across every sheet it marks, in the order the notes were placed: a new note takes the next number, whichever sheet it is on. Two sessions on one sheet keep two tables, each in its own colour.

While the project's numbers are unlocked, the numbers close up when a note goes. Once they are locked, a number a version has issued is kept for good: a note that is Done stays, greyed and struck through, and a deleted note leaves its row crossed out, so a missing number is never silent. Renumber notes gives notes not issued yet the lowest numbers no version issued; it never changes an issued number.

Keyed notes are annotations: they print while their session is shown.

Task: Add keyed notes.
