Members and live collaboration

Owners invite people by email with a role; everyone in the workspace works on the same live plan.

A member is a person in your workspace with one role: Owner, Editor or Viewer. See roles.

Invite

Where to find it: Settings › Members › Invite member

Enter anyone's email, choose a role and Send invitation. They get an email with a link, sign in or create an account with that email, and accept within seven days. Pending invitations offer Resend invitation and Revoke invitation. Details: invite a member.

Change a role or remove someone

In Workspace members, change the role and Save role, or Remove from workspace. Their work stays. See change a member's role.

Working together

There is one live plan per project. People editing the same drawing see each other's changes as they sync. Viewers and archived projects are read-only. If the connection drops, edits stay on this device and sync when it returns; see saving and sync.
