How do I…
Get help or report a bug
Open the help pages, or report a bug and share ideas to make the app better, with an annotated screenshot.
Where to find it: the question-mark and bug button (Help and feedback) at the top right of Home and of every drawing, or Report a bug in the help pages
We're new, so some things will break. Tell us, and we fix it fast. Ideas count too: what's missing, and what's frustrating.
- Choose the question-mark and bug button. Where the bar is narrow — a phone, or a drawing at a large interface size — it shows the question mark alone. The panel opens beside your screen, so your drawing stays open.
- For answers, choose Help pages at the top. Keyboard shortcuts is just below it and opens the shortcut list.
- To tell us something, type in the box under Report a bug or share an idea. Or place the cursor and choose Dictate: the words appear right there as you speak. Choose Stop when you are done.
- Choose Capture screen. Drag over the part that matters, or choose Whole screen.
- Mark it with Arrow, Box or Pen, then choose Attach. Undo removes the last mark; Reselect picks another area.
- Choose Send. A short confirmation appears and the panel closes. We reply to your sign-in email.
You can also Add image, drop images on the form, or paste one with ⌘V. Up to three images go with each message.
When something breaks
If a screen shows "Something went wrong", choose tell us what happened on that screen. The form opens with an error reference attached, so we can find what failed.
Good to know
- You need to be signed in with the latest Terms accepted. Otherwise, email support@integrationstandard.com.
- Capture screen pictures this app only, not other windows. Crop out client names or addresses you do not want to share.
- Taking a screenshot or closing the panel stops dictation; the words stay in the box.
- Dictation runs on your device and the recording is never sent. The first use downloads about 32 MB and recognises English.
- Each person can send five messages a day, and messages pause for everyone after twenty in a day.
