Scale
How a blueprint maps to real distance, set by marking two points a known length apart.
The scale ties a blueprint to real distance, so a camera's reach or a shade's length draws at true size and cable lengths can be estimated. You set it by marking two points whose distance you know.
The scale belongs to the blueprint. It is separate from the sheet's paper size and from how far you zoom in. When the blueprints on one sheet have different scales, the title block shows As indicated. A sheet without a scale still works; sizes are simply not true to life.
Moving, resizing or turning a blueprint carries its scale with the image, so real distances stay the same. Only a resize with Move blueprint alone on clears it.
