Work status

Whether a device's work is To do, Done or Blocked, shown on the drawing and usable as a filter.

Every device has a work status: To do (work remains), Done, or Blocked (a problem needs solving). A device without a status is To do.

Done devices turn monochrome on the drawing. Blocked devices keep their icon and show a warning beside the label. Status never changes numbering, quantities or the equipment list.

The funnel in Equipment, Show on the drawing › Work status, hides devices by status, as do the Work status ticks in Views. Owners and Editors save that filter automatically to the selected view, including Default; Viewers change only their temporary display. A named view can give a crew a page showing only work left to do.
