Presentation

The ordered cover, legend and drawing pages you share by link or download as a PDF.

A presentation has a cover, legend, drawing pages and optional schedules, in an order you choose. It is built from the plan, with Default pages and one page per included sheet in each named view that is in it. Owners and Editors use the same page eyes in Views and Share › Pages. Hidden drawing pages are omitted from output. They remain dim placeholders in visible editor views; fully hidden views have no canvas row. New views include all current sheets; existing presentation choices are kept. Deleting a view removes its draft pages automatically.

The presentation you publish is fixed until you update it; ongoing drawing changes do not reach it by themselves. It is shared at a share link and downloads as a PDF from the same Share presentation dialog.

The same PDF is what a share link offers, so a page cropped or erased on a vector blueprint is covered in it rather than removed.

Conduit schedule lists visible conduits once, with size/type totals and rows by sheet. LED tape schedule lists visible LED tape runs once, with labels, lengths, sheet subtotals and an overall total. Schedule eyes exclude them from both PDF and link; drag to reorder. Issued versions keep captured values; older versions keep their original output.

The legend groups by the Palette, one row per drawn symbol and printed code. Each device counts once across included views. Conduits share one green line under Infrastructure.

Tasks: Share a presentation link and download a PDF.
