Sign up and sign in
Create your account with Google or email, accept the Terms, and choose whether to share usage data.
Create an account
- Open create account.
- Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email and a password and choose Create account. A password found in a known data breach is refused.
- Tick I agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The Terms make you responsible for checking what the app produces — drawings, cable schedules, lengths, quantities — before you install, order parts or send it to anyone.
- With email, open the message we send and choose Confirm email.
If the address already has an account, Create account says so instead of sending a message. Use sign in, or forgot password to give an account its first password when you created it with Google.
When the Terms change, the next screen you open is Review and continue — once, then it takes you where you were going. Your work, your drawings and your share links are untouched, and the date you accepted is in Settings. See your data and the legal documents.
Next, set up your workspace.
The one-time analytics choice
After your first sign-in, Help us improve asks whether the app may send usage events such as project creation and save markers. It never sends drawing content, client details or your email. Choose Allow analytics or Not now. You can change it later; see your data and the legal documents.
Sign in and out
Opening the app while you are signed out takes you straight to Sign in; Create account is one link away at the bottom. Use sign in with Google or your email and password. Too many wrong passwords in a short time pause password sign-in for a few minutes. Sign out is in the account menu at the top right. If you delete your only workspace your account goes with it and you are signed out here; the same email can create a new account afterwards.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email and choose Send reset link. The link opens a page where you enter a new password twice and choose Save password. Signed in already? See change my password.
