How do I…

Delete a workspace

An Owner can delete a workspace and everything in it from the Workspace tab in Settings.

Where to find it: Settings › Workspace › Delete workspace

Only an Owner sees this. It cannot be undone.

  1. Open Settings from the account menu and choose Workspace.
  2. Scroll to Delete workspace and choose Delete workspace.
  3. Read what the workspace holds: projects, uploaded files, issued versions, presentations and the members who lose access.
  4. Type the workspace name in Type the workspace name to confirm.
  5. Choose Delete workspace. Cancel stops it at any point before that.

This deletes the workspace and everything in it for everyone, permanently: every project, drawing, version, uploaded blueprint, client and address. The files you uploaded leave our file storage afterwards rather than in the same second; nothing in the app can reach them from the moment you delete. Share links stop working, and published pages are taken down first — if one cannot be reached, the workspace is not deleted and you can try again.

If the workspace has a subscription, Stripe stops it first, before anything is deleted; the rest of that month is not refunded, and your past invoices and receipts stay valid. If the subscription cannot be stopped, nothing is deleted and you can try again. See choose or change your plan.

Other members lose access to this workspace and nothing else: their accounts, and any other workspace they belong to, are untouched.

If this is your only workspace, your account is deleted with it and you are signed out. The same email can create a new account afterwards, unless that address was blocked from the service.

Backups we keep for disaster recovery are not changed by this and are not used to restore deleted work, so download what you want to keep first. What is kept and why is in your data and the legal documents.

To leave a workspace without deleting it, ask an Owner to remove you.
