Invite a member
Owners invite anyone by email with a role, with or without an account; the invitation works only for that email and expires in seven days.
Where to find it: account menu (top right) › Settings › Members › Invite member
- Open Settings from the account menu and choose Members. Only Owners see it.
- Under Invite member, enter the email, choose a role, and choose Send invitation. The person does not need an account yet.
- They get an email titled "Your invitation to Integrator Design Studio" with a link. Within seven days they open it and choose Sign in, or Create account if they are new, using that same email. Then they choose Accept invitation. It must be exactly the address the invitation was sent to: another address, even one that delivers to the same inbox, cannot accept it.
Someone who already has a workspace keeps it and joins yours as well. They move between the two from Settings; see switch to another workspace.
Pending invitations offer Resend invitation and Revoke invitation. Resend invitation sends a new link and the old one stops working. If the screen says delivery could not be confirmed, the invitation exists but the email may not have gone out; choose Resend invitation to try again.
Sending pauses for a while if a workspace sends many invitations quickly; the last one created stays valid. Invitation emails also stop for the day after ten from one person or twenty across the app. Nothing is created or changed then; try again the next day.
Inviting depends on the plan: Free invites one person who views, Solo up to five people who view, and Team up to 20 people who can edit. Invitations waiting to be accepted count too. At a plan's limit the message offers See plans.
