Colour a kind of icon
Give every icon on one Equipment row its own colour in this project, now and placed later, and keep any one icon apart.
Where to find it: Equipment › a row's colour dot, or Properties › Device › Fill
Each row of the equipment list can have a colour of its own in this project: every icon on that row is drawn in it, the ones you place later too. Rania · Fixed and Rania · Adjustable are rows of their own, so each can have its colour.
- Open Equipment and find the row.
- Click the small dot at the end of the row and choose a colour. Every icon on the row, on every sheet, turns that colour, and so does the row's code.
- Reset to the type's in the same popover puts the type's colour back.
To give one icon a colour of its own, select it and open Fill in Properties. Choose This one, then the colour; it stays apart when the row's colour changes. With All and the row's name chosen instead, the colour goes to the whole row, as the dot does, and the icons on it that had a colour of their own follow the row again.
The colour prints on issued sheets, and the legend draws the row's symbol in it. One step of Undo takes a change back.
